Pros

Meets/Exceeds industry standard for medical, vacation, and retirement benefits. Some investment in advanced employee training. Philanthropic employee culture with socially rewarding community and global involvement.

Cons

Salaries have fallen below market level consistently since 2012. Recent purchase by global energy giant ENGIE and summary implementation of new corporate practices has created some internal cultural dissatisfaction.

Pros

Comfortable working environment and a lot of opportunities to learn

Cons

Your job is basically more than what an intern is supposed to do. Which is good, BUT a bit unfair when you look at the salary. Also no opportunity to join the company after your internship.
