Pros

Get every public holiday off, wages is usually paid on time. Always plenty of overtime. You can have a laugh and joke within your team.

Cons

Lack of support from management. Lack of communications about anything that might be of interest such as pay rises. Lack of chances for promotions.

The people are what makes Ecova great. I enjoy working with talented colleagues on a daily basis to drive energy cost savings for our clients.

Cons

There has been a lot of change recently in senior leadership and the direction of the company is not extremely clear since we were acquired by ENGIE.
