Pros

The people are what makes Ecova great. I enjoy working with talented colleagues on a daily basis to drive energy cost savings for our clients.

Cons

There has been a lot of change recently in senior leadership and the direction of the company is not extremely clear since we were acquired by ENGIE.

Pros

For those of us that have been here for a long time, a final salary pension.

Cons

Reorganisation at the beginning of the year brought two fairly different UK businesses together. Somehow managed to get the worst processes/people/policies from both environments.
