Pros

Very friendly, lovely atmosphere in the office, everybody helps each other to feel welcome as a new starter and beyond.

Cons

I had a wonderful experience here and honestly do not have any cons to share. I would recommend EDF as an employer to anyone who is seeking employment.

Pros

Good work life balance Opportunities to grow within the company A good Pension scheme (although not available to new staff)

Cons

A big drive to be transparent with the customer but there's a big gap in transparency with staff. Management can focus on little savings like do not travel and then we can see big fat paid consultants (e.g. Bain, Baringa) being paid millions to come and copy the work of staff and claim it as their own in pretty slides is hugely demotivating to staff.
