Lot of responsibility personal growth focus plenty of training oppurtunities flexibility space for advancement

Cons

corporate office is not internationally diverse - very Caucasian and English. For an international this is a hard place to adapt to. Ironic, as Danone is a very large inter-continental organization, but there UK office does not represent this international diversity.

It is a good company to start your career in. you will be exposed to lots of learning experience and a diverse work place. there is a good proximity between top management and middle managers. it is a very friendly place

Cons

salaries are low compared to any other multinational in Egypt. There are lots of office politics and allies. you will often find favorites in every department and usually those favorites will be exposed to more opportunities.

Values initiative and achievements at a personal level, good recognition via bonus and senior management respect, politics relatively easy to navigate, general good organizational culture

Cons

Promotions are slow, HR behaviour appalling. Barcelona office is largely a team of old school catalan dinossaurs (hardly anyone speaks english well, apart from new people, mostly ex-pats). once these dinos retire the company might have a chance to be more competitive, open, innovative.
