      You'll get free water and free dairy products...but that is the only pro about this company

      Cons

      This company should live up to its own company values. Only use the word "humanity" if you really mean it. I would never ever go back to that company, I even refuse to buy and consume their products.

      - Attractive package - Hybrid working mode - Nice colleagues - Good location with plenty lunch choices

      Cons

      1. Top-down culture managed, very hierarchical culture leads to unprofessional decisions and created an unhealthy working environment 2. Favoritism and bias treatments 3. Very Chinese oriented company, staffs are speaking in mandarin most of the time, non Chinese speakers may feel left out 4. Micromanaging with excessive intervention in tasks, leads to unproductivity 5. Upper management lack maturity, unable to solve problems professionally. Rants like school kids when things don't go their ways.
