      Pros

      You can be promoted very quickly. We have seen secretaries promoted to entry level positions in marketing, supply chain, and sales in less than six months. But that is also a possible sign of finding a lack of qualified applicants from outside.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. The company has the lowest score for employee satisfaction feedback surveys annually. Managers and directors have no long term vision or experience when put into their positions. It is a mess and creates a bad environment for growth, so you end up looking for other opportunities.

      Lots of recognition and reward for one's work. Excellent place to grow, international possibilities. Inspiring leadership team and excellent platform that encourages an healthy work/life balance. Excellent benefits program within the industry / competitive packages. Company offers ongoing training and encourages community involvment.

      Challenging industry, employees need to be resilient, autonomous and creative. High competitiveness in market, need to show passion and motivation.
