Nothing that matters, they are cool only on presentation slides, reality is different

Cons

I regret joining this company. The culture is outdated, the workload is excessive, and leadership often seems driven by favoritism rather than performance. There is little to no meaningful support from HR or management, and employees are expected to operate under constant pressure with unrealistic expectations. Senior leadership appears disconnected and unapproachable, which only reinforces a top-down, unsupportive environment. Overall, it’s a workplace that lacks balance, transparency, and genuine care for its people.

- gives room for employees to develop and learn as their aspirations - good package and benefits, health benefits is top notch - good work life balance compared to other cpg companies

Cons

- organization is super agile, structure change happen frequently - you will be more worth it to the management when you're about to leave... (same as other companies I guess?) - efficiency everywhere, you don't know what will be cut off next year
