Great Experience & People But The Salary is Poor
Pros
Great people & working environment. Enjoyable work and invaluable experience. The company give you a great opportunity to move around the various divisions if you wish. Also they give you the opportunity to work in different Danone CBUs internationally. Particularly a great place to work if you have young kids - lots of flexibility in terms of part-time work, 4 day week, working from home on some days etc. You're not expected to work late in the evenings - they're very much focussed around employee health and well being and spending valuable time with your family. A really fun place to work overall - very rarely would I have gotten the 'Sunday fear'.
Cons
The salary is significantly lower when compared to similar positions elsewhere. Minimal yearly salary increases are obtained. You hardly notice the yearly bonus in your payslip.
