My headline comes from a long period of seeing the best jobs being increasingly filled by non-uk nationals, basically your chances of a senior position are much improved if you ar from France (or any other non-uk country). In addition, the slow erosion of employees value seems to be ageist, the longer you work there and the more mature you are the less they value you. If conmtemplating a job there assume it will now=t be a long-term one.

No strict roles and responsibilities, which also gives a lot of freedom to operate.
