First of all it’s unfortunate to read that you had a negative experience at Danone. For us, the "how" matters as much as the "what’’, also when we talk about leadership. We understand that our managers have a big influence on your experience at Danone. As a company, we strive to guide our employees and managers to lead according our 5 leadership values: Creates, Opens, Drives, Empowers and Self -aware. As you didn’t experience your Danone journey as ‘CODES Proof’, we would like to apologize to thank you again for your honest feedback. Still, we are happy that you do appreciate other aspects of working at Danone.

Still, we are sorry to hear that you didn’t experience a proper work life balance. We take the health and wellbeing of our employees seriously and we want this to resonate with our mission. At the same time, we do acknowledge that there (sometimes) is a high workload, so we are always looking for the right balance.
