Great people around, positive attitude to each other, ambitious tasks from the very beginning of trainee program.
Cons
Management trainee program cons - all depends on which department you have come to. I'm quite satisfied, but I know trainees who were totally upset by their managers and daily tasks. Danone cons - it's a very big company, so there is big mess and pervasive bureaucracy. Extremely slow processes and changes; it's almost impossible to move faster than the corp mechanism - even if you want. It's like a chain that can be tighten only for short time, but cannot be stretched or broken
