      Pros

      Four days off to wonder is it still worth working for the Macroom site.

      Cons

      Bullying, narcissistic mangers, harassment. You are not treated as a human here. Manager and director has full control on appraisal system and policies, HR is mere spectator, our union does not get recognized or respected.All project, process are miss managed or state that it’s being done. We are still waiting for a lot of project promises, which highlights the above.
