The salary is neither good nor bad. The company is growing and it's products are nice.

Cons

Even though it's an international company, the management and working style are purely Japanese and completely outdated. If you want to work in the offices, that's fine, but don't come to the factory if you're a foreigner, you're not welcome. a lot of rude and unfriendly people.

Really engaging internship with exposure all over the business. I was in the marketing department and the team were brilliant, got me up to speed quickly and i had real responsibility

Cons

Hybrid nature I found hard as there were some days where someone who you needed to speak to wasnt in office.

Cons

But the benefit getting cut year by year (bonus value decreasing). Older people tends to be removed, and not replaced. Causing the workload distribution keeps increasing while there's no really any compensation adjustment.
