      Pros

      Learn how to do the basics. The handful of good mechanics that are actually there.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, poor HR department, takes money away from you without saying. Makes decisions without thinking. If your a good mechanic and your actually trying to do the right thing you will be punished for it. The only care about quantity instead of quality. If you’re a toxic person and do illegal work to make your production line look good this is the place for you. !

      Pros

      Only pro is you get your PTO up front at beginning of year.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Management don’t support you, push push push when you make a mistake they threaten to fire you or write you up. no work life balance. Almost every employee there is 2 faced and all they do is gossip and complain. Management is a wreck, they will let anyone with a heart beat be a supervisor and run programs into the ground. As long as a certain production manager looks good that’s all he cares about.
