      Good pay and benefits. Moderately Easy work. 40 minute break, sick time, etc

      Basically everyone is a little baby and has the work ethic and mentality of a McDonald's worker.

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      The site manager came from Wal Mart and brought all the other managers from there with him so the buddy system is strong. Parts are constantly lost and inventory is always wrong. Long hours and terrible pay. Turnover is so bad no one stays long enough to know how anything works.
