It is extremely tedious. The systems are not as automated as they should be. It is easy to make a mistake and you are held to a 90% accuracy rate. Its high pressure in my opinion. The KPIs are extremely important which really isn't fair because the dealers your assigned to vary dramatically in how difficult their contracts are to process and the volume. However you are all judged on the same metrics. Having a high volume is high pressure and unpleasant. Having a low volume looks bad even though there is literally nothing you can do to control it. You can ask to take your coworkers contracts but you are a lot more likely to make a mistake processing a contract with a dealer you've never worked with which brings down your accuracy which is the biggest KPI metric.
I also came from like a very small business home-y work environment where everyone was very normal, talkative and laid back. I found people here to be pretty nerdy, type A, and not very fun in all honesty. You work with a lot of Iowa people. I actually genuinely really enjoyed them but there is a stark culture difference between Philadelphians and Iowans.
Also literally no one on my team was promoted the entire time I was there. The pay was decent but below market rate in my opinion.
