Pros

1. The People: All throughout the office there are great people who go the extra mile to not only work hard, but also giving the effort to get to know each other. this can be hard to come by in a "Corporate America" culture, but DLL is set apart. 2. The Leadership: I believe in CEO Bill Stephenson. Everything trickles down from him resulting in effective department managers. 3. The Extras: Full Cafeteria, Fully Loaded Gym ( New Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Group Classes, Personal Training, & More), Free Coffee, DLL Box Seat Access @ The Center For Concerts/Sixers/Flyers, and Multiple Celebrations Throughout The Year.

Cons

None that I can think of. Every job will have its tough moments, thus why it is called work. The people in this building make the tough days much better.

Pros

Nice building, nice gym, great cafe. Good benefit package. I really don't have any other nice things to say, I am required twenty characters in this field.

Cons

It's a good old boy type of atmosphere, the same people get promoted and recognized annually. It is a click like atmosphere. It is who you know, not how you perform.

Pros

The training and orientation process was smooth but once I was in the day-to-day tasks, I was exposed to a lot of issues that apparently have existed for some time. Consistent IT issues paired with ongoing miscommunication between the US and Dutch teams made this job difficult to manage. I joined about 4 years ago in the midst of all the covid associated instability so I thought that was a temporary issue but it just never got better.

Cons

Many long term employees mention the fact that a popular former CEO left DLL under the guise of retirement and founded a direct competitor. Not only did one of my managers jump ship to the new company, but an overall sense of defeat made the overall vibe negative in certain cases.
