Pros

WFH flexibility, benefits, PTO is fine.

Cons

Lower management has no clue how to run their departments, they say they are supportive of their employees' goals and career paths, but do absolutely nothing to follow through on their word. Management barely knows how to operate systems and confuse their team by hosting unhelpful and confusing training seminars. They will take advantage of your personal info (i.e. cell phone #, personal address). Company appears to care about their employees but rarely even check in or touch base about the basics. They just manage to stay afloat. Managers are promoted by their friends. Company lets go of employees in Ops departments and then expects neighboring departments to pick up the slack. Company tracks your every move, log in time, break and lunch durations. Try trusting your employees rather than tracking with unnecessary and overbearing IT surveillance.

Pros

Benefits are okay, salaries are good, but need to be reviewed to adjust to current climate.

Cons

People are at capacity and cannot take on more, lack of training and high turnover is an issue. Retaining people will also become difficult.
