no feedback on how you are doing during your training dismissed during probation with no explanation had 1st quarter review and advised doing a great job with no issues 2 weeks later told I was being let go with no reason or explanation

Just not what it used to be. Executive board and highest management has made terrible decisions over the last ten years causing a lot of doubt and mistrust with employees. Salary and bonus are not competitive
