Pros

People were are easy to work with for the most part. Job role and balance made sense when I started.

Cons

The workload I was assigned nearly doubled since team members weren't replaced as they left for other jobs. Something changed in the last 5 years. Technology is very far behind and constant restructuring. Long time employees are fleeing. Significant downsizing in Wayne- they used to have the whole building. Got out before I was next.

Pros

Really enjoyed my time with DLL until much of their way of doing business changed around 2021/22. One the CEO at that time left, the top management has seen noticeable instability that's trickled down to most departments.

Cons

Made the decision to enter a new chapter in 2024 and don't regret it. Most great coworkers I got to know over the years have left recently as well. Tech at the new place is probably two decades ahead of DLL's.
