Pros

Some very nice people working here. Positive culture and good social events.

Cons

Very, very poor pay. 20% below market value. Much better employers out there. Management takes on graduates and deploys them to do the high volume, monotonous work for peanuts. It's as if they cut employee pay and compensate through a couple of social events here and there. Having spent almost 3 years with DLL I always felt as if I was being shorted in terms of salary. Overworked and underappreciated. Very poor HR department

Pros

Good people. There are very few bad eggs.

Cons

Technology is significantly outdated and often redundant. Management talks about improvement but refuses to spend to make that happen. Compensation is laughable. Other reviews are spot on, you will make maybe $50,000 annually with no chance of a raise. This is not an exaggeration, this place is going on two years of a freeze. Before that, merit based raises didn’t exist. Still they act as if they don’t understand why turnover, myself included, is so high. You will be seen as an enemy if you ask about money, and there are enough tenured people that are so used to bad pay that they drink the “culture not compensation” kool aid. I received 23% more as the initial offer from competition when I left. The worst of it is that management and employees know full well how underpaid everyone is. A common meeting was “here are our outstanding numbers for the quarter”, to which we would state that we assume that means compensation increase. They would then come back “oh well we will have to see how the year goes.” This place is good to earn some money and keep from having a gap in employment. That is it.
