Pros

Managers were personable, kind, understanding and patient. The onboarding and learning processes were decently thorough and helpful. There is plenty of opportunity to collaborate and learn new things with a team of peers who are generally supportive and pleasant to work with.

Cons

The contract administration side of this job is volume driven. There is no incentive for working faster and harder, because there are always more contracts coming in. People can be very pushy and excessive with the number of e-mails sent, and the constant stream of incoming communication can be overwhelming. Although DLL is constantly touting its work-life balance values, there is little room for balance at the end of every month where overtime is a requirement.

Pros

Wish I could say something positive about the experience. They have a basketball court at least on premises.

Cons

Was asked inappropriate and illegal questions multiple times during my interview process with this company as well as having my job previous career experience mocked and talked about condescending way by the interviewer.

Pros

Working remote, good benefits, and most departments have people willing to work hard and help.

Cons

High turnover for all sales positions top to bottom. No trust between employees and management. The sales force turns over all the time and the management acts surprised when it happens. Sales commission plans are horrible. There is virtually no real marketing help for sales. The sales managers only look out for themselves and use their HR friendships to their advantage over the sales people who report to them. Systems are extremely outdated and hard to use no matter what department you are in. As many others have already said, the sales department has a very toxic culture created from the top. The executive board and BU heads don’t know what actually goes on daily with the actual sales people. The current Technology Finance management/ leadership is manipulative and untrustworthy. Plus there is very little chance of advancement once you’re in OE or Tech Finance sales.
