Very supportive staff who went out of their way to show you the ropes and give you opportunity to try different parts of the role. Socials fairly regularly with variety of events.

Office is central and good Benefits

Cons

Old mentality in how advancement work. You need to wait years for advancement. When a manager quits it's more likely that a senior person from another group gets the role than a person in your group gets a promotion. The pay is much lower than competitors. A good workplace if you're not young and don't care about advancement in your career

Medical benefits are good, good paid time off, Somewhat flexible.

Cons

New CEO is forcing employees back to the office. Employees have expressed opposition, but it is going on deaf ears. Half of the company employees are in remote locations, yet only those with residences local to the offices are asked to work in the office. No good reasons as to why certain employees need to work in the office and others do not.
