Pros

Great job, little oversight over day to day. Very little work if you like to work hard and want to develop, not the best company. Very slow paced.

Cons

No real culture, rules and regulations that make no sense. Very process driven.

Pros

There are a lot of company benefits and the managers are generally nice. They do give people second chances. You should only take this job if you are extremely organized, and extremely tedious. If you would not describe yourself in that way you will fail in the sales support position. The turn around times and very quick which I understand why that benefits the customer but it puts a lot of pressure on you. I found there to be a decent amount of over time that is basically required in order to meet your KPIs and your manager will literally email you that you are not allowed to log over time other than the last week of the month. The benefits are fantastic. It is the best health insurance I have ever had in my entire life and I truly believe it is the best health insurance I will ever have. They even paid for my prescription dermatologist cosmetics... WILD. They even have things like free food days, free drinks days, a personal trainer, a free gym, a game room, an in house cafeteria - all sorts of stuff.

Cons

It is extremely tedious. The systems are not as automated as they should be. It is easy to make a mistake and you are held to a 90% accuracy rate. Its high pressure in my opinion. The KPIs are extremely important which really isn't fair because the dealers your assigned to vary dramatically in how difficult their contracts are to process and the volume. However you are all judged on the same metrics. Having a high volume is high pressure and unpleasant. Having a low volume looks bad even though there is literally nothing you can do to control it. You can ask to take your coworkers contracts but you are a lot more likely to make a mistake processing a contract with a dealer you've never worked with which brings down your accuracy which is the biggest KPI metric. I also came from like a very small business home-y work environment where everyone was very normal, talkative and laid back. I found people here to be pretty nerdy, type A, and not very fun in all honesty. You work with a lot of Iowa people. I actually genuinely really enjoyed them but there is a stark culture difference between Philadelphians and Iowans. Also literally no one on my team was promoted the entire time I was there. The pay was decent but below market rate in my opinion.

Pros

Small company, easy to access local management in Australia Growing rapidly.

Cons

No work-life balance in Australia. The Credit team is working 60-65 hours a week, sacrificing family life. Usually at 10:30 PM on Sundays, 4-5 credit analysts are seen working online. The credit head has no family so she expects everyone to work weekends and late nights, and she openly has favourites in the team, who pass information to her. Very high pressure job. All the credit work is manual, on excel sheets and word docs. No training and guidance anymore from the company. The systems are antique. No career growth.
