I’m happy to hear that you feel you are treated well at DLL! Since officially launching our new Flex Working Guidelines last December, many of our members have been given the benefit of working remote, but we’re still adjusting. If you have any specific pain points or suggestions for how we could make the process better, we’d love to hear them. I think you’ll be happy to hear that we have begun a process to review the compensation of our members to ensure salaries are aligned with the current market range. If you’d like to further discuss either of these topics, please email me at HRGlobalComms@dllgroup.com.

Pros

Profitable, growing business. Great stuctures and benefits. Fairly relaxed working environment.

Cons

Can have tight deadlines and a 'bend over backwards' for clients mentality. Some dinosaurs out of touch with the rest of the employees

We appreciate your feedback. It’s certainly true that DLL is very committed to providing our customers with excellent service, but I’m sorry to hear that it seems to have negatively affected your experience as a member. One of DLL’s goals is to provide an unparalleled level of service to our partners, but another, equally important, goal is to take care of our employees. Regarding your comment about some members being out of touch with the rest of the group – we agree! In fact, one of our primary areas of focus is to provide all of our members with the skills (both hard and soft) that they need to thrive in the DLL of today – and the future. We’re also revamping our member survey philosophy in the hopes of giving every person who works with us the chance to let us know how we can keep improving. If you have any additional thoughts or feedback about any of these topics, please email me at HRGlobalComms@dllgroup.com.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m happy to see that you found several aspects of working at DLL positive. One of DLL’s key priorities revolves around our commitment to provide members chances to grow and develop in their careers, so I’m disappointed to hear that those opportunities either didn’t align with your career goals or weren’t adequately communicated to you. While we believe the majority of our managers share DLL’s vision of the role of a leader, this year we are launching a new set of leadership competencies and trainings that reflect the ever-changing changing landscape of our industry and provide coaching for our members. If you would like to share any additional feedback, please email me at HRGlobalComms@dllgroup.com.
