I am sorry you had the experience you did, but sincerely thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback here. As a company, we strive for each of our members to be treated fairly and to be given ample opportunities for both career and personal development. In fact, in our last Pulse Survey, 19% of members ranked “opportunities to grow” as the thing they value most about DLL. But in an organization with more than 5,000 employees, some teams do a better job of displaying our core values than others. I’d like to arrange a time to hear more about your experience so we can move toward correcting the problem. If you are open to discussing further, please email me at HRGlobalComms@dllgroup.com.

Pros

The people are really nice and the benefits/pto are top notch

Cons

This is a place where you go to retire. There is very little opportunity to grow yourself or move up in the company. The culture is also very sloppy, so it can be a challenge to even get basic things done in your job as there is little accountability or ownership.

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel like the company was a good fit for you, especially that you felt there was little chance to grow and insufficient accountability. Our goal is to foster a culture that values collaboration, but not at the expense of forward movement. Sometimes, of course, we miss the mark. The opportunities for our members to learn, develop themselves, and grow are very important to us. I’m sorry that your experience didn’t reflect that commitment. I appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation in hopes that others don’t have the same experience. If you would be open to discussing more, please email me at HRGlobalComms@dllgroup.com.
