      Pros

      -Lovely open plan office - Mixed range of age groups working - Good social aspect - Opprtunity to work from home -Pool table in the Kitchen -Situated in a very green, pituresque business park.

      Cons

      - Static job progression. Can move side to side fairly easily but difficult to move upwards - Lots of overtime depending on which department you are in

      - Remote working ability (outside of Covid) - Managers are very flexible, allow you to complete your job responsibilities without breathing down your neck - Colleagues have been a good group of people to work with. Hardworking individuals and good culture - Training and Education opportunities, although could improve - Feel upper management are transparent as they can be for a large organization - Company is safe bet, appears stable

      Cons

      - Antiquated technology, internal systems are behind the times - Can be challenging to accomplish things outside of what DLL has already set in place. Would be nice to have the ability for more innovation and creativity without many obstacles to over come - Pay is average, but good benefits, 401K match
