      -Lovely open plan office - Mixed range of age groups working - Good social aspect - Opprtunity to work from home -Pool table in the Kitchen -Situated in a very green, pituresque business park.

      Cons

      - Static job progression. Can move side to side fairly easily but difficult to move upwards - Lots of overtime depending on which department you are in
