      HR supports the bullies

      Foreign managers ok. Nice support but only from people that cannot help you.

      Cons

      Bullying and harassment. Old management is Czech, old Czech xenophobia. They only promote "diversity" that helps them control things. Racist office, old time Czech xenophobia. The HR works behind the scenes to push locals and "friends" as managers. They monitor your activity, gather bad stuff.
