It is one of the larger multinational companies in Bahrain. The HR departarment cares about the employees and works hard.

Cons

They are working on getting more Bahrainis upstairs, but it will take time.

Cons

Work/life balance can be an issue. All top career moves must spend some time working at Corporate Headquarters in Bonn,Germany.
