Great people, great management, I love the Portsmouth Office! They honestly treat you like family!

Pros

Great management and staff. Culligan is now franchised, so you get the small company feel where the owners and managers know you on first name bases. Also great benefits i.e. Medical, Dental, 401k etc.

Cons

There aren't really any cons. But since I have to say something, I wish that they offered overtime, and the pay could also be a little bit better.

Some of the people were very nice

Cons

There was a lot of transition while I was there, including middle management. New managers were not qualified and did not have great ethics. They would try to rip off customers were they could.
