Good work hours for all departments You learn a lot (but on your own, no training programs) The offer benefits

Cons

No formalized training, you have to just figure it out for your self. If you want to make any money. Terrible employee relations. Local Management in Denver was great then they fired all of them for no reason. The Denver location is severely understaffed, and upper management refuses to increase staff.

The product and service are top notch. The owner of the Plainview franchise is very friendly and professional. He will answer his cell phone outside of business hours. He is involved in the community and donates water and ice to various organizations.

Cons

nothing. This is a great company.
