Pros

Passionate mid-management Ability to express oneself and be independent Decent work/ life balance

Cons

Leaned too far into the stereotypical corporate atmosphere. New CEO's policies and mindset has tarnished what made Criteo the highly recommended place to work previously. Limited growth opportunities. Inconsistent target/ goal setting.

Pros

- Great, supportive, talented people - Still decent work/life balance

Cons

- Great, supportive, talented people are thrown out one after another - Work/life balance is threatened - Due to the new CEO's views and politics the company becomes more and more hostile to employees while demanding loyalty - HR and business partners behave like AI, giving meaningless scripted answers even to simplest questions. No, even worse than AI, you can get some actual information out of AI with a proper prompt - Every communication outside of the immediate team adds to the feeling of uncertainty and fear for the future - No more pay indexation
