The best part of this job. Good meals. This was a great job for me and I enjoyed working here just wanted growth and at the time it was not offered to me but it helped me advance my skills more

Cons

Support from manager Sense of belonging Trust in colleagues Decent place to work. The pay is okay. Each job site kind of go about their own rules and regulations. The company works hard to please the customers.

As an executive chef, there was lots of support from management to feel accomplished. They have great software to develop recipes as well as lots of learning programs to develop your skills with all aspects of Compass. There were great programs for recognizing hourly employees. They are committed to making a difference in the environment.

Cons

Clear communication between upper management and individual accounts could be further developed as a development tool for both salary and hourly employees.
