Overworked and underpayed I worked for them for 5 years and I make 4 dollars more than we hire people for rn yes I've gone up by a lot since I got hired but I don't feel like it's keeping up with inflation or the amount of stress my day to day entails for me they don't reward good behavior and they don't punish bad behavior enough when my team didn't show up over and over again they promoted me but they didn't give me my raise for another 3 months only back payed one month after I put my 2 weeks notice in I dread going to work because I know there will be so much to do on top of ppl regularly not showing up and constantly slacking off they will routinely tell you what u want to hear and continue doing whatever they want there not a lot of logical think from management they always amaze me with the stupid stuff they come up with

I don’t know where to begin. Horrible management,, users, manipulators, back stabbing, cliques that back stab each other the second anyone walks away. No room for moving up unless you’re a brown noser to the horrible management. The “manager” is the most unhappy, miserable , simple manager I’ve ever met. Trust me you can do better than this company.
