Too much work for one person... Should be 2 positions Chef and Manager!

Pros

Most Holidays and nights off, decent benefits, large company with positivity to move around to different sectors.

Cons

Lack of support from upper management, too much work for one person, completely unrealistic of what corporate expects out of this position. Not much room for advancement in this particular sector.

Pros

Used to be a caring company that was great to work for and had good benefits.

Cons

New senior management group that no longer cares about those below them but rather care about making a name for themselves in order to be ready for the next advancement. Don't honor paid time off days or even holidays. For example, they set up conference calls on Christmas Eve. They expect people to work 24/7 and rarely, if ever, even say thank you for this extra time. New agenda doesn't make much sense in regards to the original company objective which is to feed kids good, nutritious meals that they are going to enjoy. They have created an environment of mistrust among middle and lower management - everyone is willing throw others under the bus in order to save themselves.

Some great managers in the northeast but it depends upon the account you are in.

Cons

Used to be a great company to work for, I think today it's all about the bottom dollar used to care about their employees and provide him with a lot of training
