Pros

They have a good starting wage of 11.00 an hour. You can have your check direct deposited to your account. They will hire almost anyone.

Cons

The management team all seem like they got their degrees from K-Mart. They play favorites with employees, their afraid of conflict with individuals and punish everyone for the misdeeds of a few. Believe it or not they treat their worst employees better than their best. The top manager constantly talks trash about employees in the presence of other employees, and lastly very condescending when addressing employees.

Pros

Touchpoint is a company within the profolio. Still trying to find one.

Cons

Touchpoint is a company within the profolio. Lead by a very controlling new President elect . culture could be great but never gets translated to how managers get treated at the Regional level. Meet the goals or get fired! Nicely. The Midwest is particularly grueling. Poor start up Planning and implementation. Managers working for months literally with no time off. Screwed up benefits, payroll, transition of employees.

Pros

Very fast pace! Great co workers. "Cast of thousands,,,"

Cons

But the "cast of thousands..." don't know what each other are doing most of the time and step on each other quit often, duplicating efforts and spinning their wheels. Senior leadership has lost sight of the daily activities required to satisfy the clients/contract agreements and provide no check and balance to insure business in running properly. very little financial training for unit managers and problems are allowed to be "brushed under the carpet" by middle management.
