Expect too much from you within your first week. Expect you to know their complicated personal computer programs within just the first few days. Expect you to do additional jobs, that were not only what you were not hired for, but things that are not in your job description OR department. They do not train properly. Instead of focusing on a few things at a time, they push everything at you at once. When you ask for assistance, instead of just helping you, the first sentence you hear is, " I've told you how" ..... When you are brand new, this makes you feel like you don't belong. You have to train someone, they won't pick it up, at the snap of your fingers.
