      Used to be a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Flexible working practice, if you put in the hours people appreciate you. What's left of the departments now are kind caring people. Investment in IT services has improved.

      Cons

      It used to be around people, a huge downsize has demoralised staff and poor communication within department has left the company feeling fragmented.

      -Good work flexibility -Used to be good working environment -Free Coffee

      Cons

      -Not good Management -Too much politics -People are nice on your face, but stabbing on your back - Not professional environment. -Director is a puppet, Not using his/ her brain to make the decisions. - There is work flexibility, but indirectly they dont like you WFH.

      Colleagues, easy job, work/life balance

      Cons

      Management is too caught up in the personal lives of others. Treated people with disrespect and when it was brought to their attention that there was bullying in the workplace, they would say right to your face that nobody was being bullied. Gave them a notice with intention of coming back, they told a colleague I could come back if I wanted to, they've rejected my application every time and it's been a year since I've been gone.
