Pros
It was very close to home. The number of employees & patients was very small. It was not a demanding job.
Cons
Very poor management. Lazy employees who are also saboteurs. It has long been rumored that this hospital will be closing- the way things are going, it's definitely heading in that direction. Incompetence in upper management for the area is the biggest issue. No one cares about their job, or has the training or skills to complete them. Laziness is rewarded. Hard work is ignored.
