Pros

Easy enough work for the customer service/uniformed jobs.

Cons

Plenty. Low pay, no room whatsoever for growth or advancement. You are contracted to a company and your job is to make sure compass does not lose the contract. You are replaceable to the company and they don't care about concerns or moral of their employees. As long as they keep their contracts.

Nothing good to say about the company.

Cons

The management is toxic with a lot of lies. Most of the people sitting at the top are seasoned liars who only know how to put on a good show for their bosses. They don't care about us employees, only about the money going into their pockets.
