Good opportunities for growth and earning potential for the right individuals with a suck it up and as you are told and cut-throat type of personalities. Training and growth opportunities for those who are meant for this line of business and are planning on sticking around, but that's pretty much applies to every business. It's a global company, therefore there might be opportunities to choose from various geographical location to work at.
Cons
Sometimes the work/life balance may not be best but that is probably more related to the nature of the business than company's culture.
