      Chance to progress into upper management , Many sectors so you can move around if you don't like one

      Cons

      Not having enough resources in a lot of areas , not being paid enough, now i dont mind putting extra hours in but being expended to work tonnes of unpaid overtime, there's limits you know

      perfect location for Coventry University students, flexible hours, good pay, management is great, they really care about the improvement of this place.

      Cons

      Food is average and unhealthy; when somebody quits it takes really long until the new person is hired, so less staff has to do the same amount of work, people who work there longest are miserable, have no ambitions, always unsatisfied about something, don't like innovations.
