      great perks such as generous vacation days and great retirement plan. good overall workplace camaraderie. felt like a small company even though the Group is huge on a global scale.

      Cons

      certain male senior managers not tactful and stone deaf regarding professional women in the workplace. lack of clear guidelines for career and salary advancement. Lots of favoratism.

      very high turnover rate a lot of poorly developed / documented legacy applications old tech and resistant to change a lot of incompetent managers or coworkers favoritism culture for promotion, permanency and salary increase
