Pros

The benefit package was good, also a good training program. Upper management were pretty good with communication flowing down to lower management.

Cons

The hours were long, not enough pay for in store management making it hard to attract quality managers. Shortage of managers meant even longer hours and working on your off day.

Pros

I'd have to say the best thing about working at BK was really oppurtunities for advancing Although the pay left a lot to be desired the atmosphere was one of comradery and oneness I got along GREAT with everyone i worked with and that makes the job 10 times easier

Cons

The pay is definietly the downside here i have friends making more serving coffee than i made as an assistant manager at Burger King, The hours are never set in stone, and trying to plan something well in advance is futile if not pointless
