Pros

Good things are that you get free food some times. Also, your co-workers are fun to work with and people aren't that rude.

Cons

It smells funny in there, also the pay is really bad. If your a vegetarian this is not the place to work

Pros

In management you are givin direction but not micromanaged. Your success depends on how much you put into your restaurant how well you train, manage P&L and delegate.

Cons

In this area you have people that like to call of from work or show up to work not prepared to work a full day. The way to handle that is by setting your standards and not wavering from them. When you work for a franchise as the Burger Kings are in this area you may have to look elsewhere for upward movement past General Manager which may include obtaining a degree.
