Pros

For a minimum wage employee it is a great place to get into the food service world, but you will be over worked. For a manager you will never be able to meet there demands.

Cons

You will be over worked and under paid. Only about 10% of the management hired knows what they are doing. Half of the ones that know what they are doing leave.

Pros

You can quickly move up. Constant challenges. No day is ever the same. You deliver quality products but the challenge is hiring a quality team with limited resources

Cons

As a general manager your job can quickly turn into your life. The benefits and hours are just not worth the pay.
