Pros

The franchise i work for is family grown and owned and they treat you like family and care for you. It is a great customer service industry and i recommend it to anyone

Cons

The hours that sometimes you have to work because people call in can be overwhelming and also a downside would be your working with alot of younger kids who dont care about there job

Pros

flexible schedule decent hours the managers are very accepting of personal issues and will schedule accordingly. You can work here while attending college.

Cons

If you try hard, you can be a manager, but it does not pay but 0.50 cents more per hour than being crew and its even more work.
