Pros

Boomi is a fast growing business that adds a lot of value to its customers. Quite a stable company as it is part of Dell Technologies. Lots of funding and a commitment from Dell to grow the company. This results in possibilities to progress your career Boomi has an experienced leadership team

Cons

The fact Boomi is part of Dell can also be seen as a con. At Boomi you work for a scale up which is living by corporate regulation. i.e. bureaucratic decision making when it comes to salary increases, changing roles etc. Another con is that there are no stock options as Boomi is a privately held company

Pros

I'm sad to see the latest poor reviews. Before the pandemic, Boomi was a great place to work. The pay and benefits were great and management, all the way up the chain, seemed to really care about employees and doing the right things. I was laid off as a casualty of the pandemic crisis, but I understand what they were going through. Management was as transparent as they were able to be. It wasn't surprising that things turned out the way that they did. It couldn't be helped and I really believe that they were as pained as they appeared to be to have to let people go. My co-workers were great as well. This is a world-wide issue, not a Dell Boomi issue. Boomi is a great company.

Cons

I didn't really experience any cons.
